Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Ambience Friend made through Lemon Squeezy. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Jack Meadows is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Ambience Friend for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund of your licence fee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at jack@jackmeadows.co.uk with:

  • Your name and email address used at purchase
  • Your Lemon Squeezy order number
  • A brief description of the issue (optional, but helpful)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

After the 14-Day Period

After 14 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds as a matter of course. However, if the Software has a significant defect or fails to perform its core advertised functionality and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Licence Deactivation

Upon issuing a refund, your licence key will be deactivated and you will no longer be entitled to use Ambience Friend. You must uninstall the Software from all devices on which it has been installed.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. If you believe the Software is faulty or not as described, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
